The YOUNGA Forum, organized by BridgingTheGap Ventures, creates a global platform for aspiring young leaders and changemakers to connect with decision-makers and celebrities through live interactive, intergenerational Innovation Masterminds to create a more sustainable, inclusive world.

Youth Delegate Program Agenda
Innovation Masterminds
- Live, virtual sessions in an intimate setting connecting Youth Delegates directly with thought leaders, fellow changemakers, celebrity activists and decision-makers, including UN officials and industry leaders, to discuss global challenges and co-create solutions.
Policy Working Groups
- Formed by Youth Delegates and mentored by the BridgingTheGap team to understand the priorities and identify external factors, challenges, opportunity gaps and proposed solutions across the top global challenges most important to young people today.
Global Programming
- A day dedicated to activation—Youth Delegates are provided with virtual and in-person opportunities to take action within their own communities or the global community toward creating a more inclusive, sustainable world.
