Lazard offers interns, full-time Analysts and Associates an unparalleled opportunity to work as part of small deal teams on strategic and other assignments, providing meaningful exposure to senior bankers and clients. You will learn by apprenticeship and osmosis, not through a text book.

The Summer Analyst Program
Lazard’s Summer Analyst Program is a ten-week program that offers a unique experience for rising university seniors. Approximately 50 students are hired annually across the U.S., with an ultimate goal of converting each intern into a full-time hire for the following year.
North America MBA
The Summer Associate Program
The Summer Associate Program is a ten-week internship for students in their penultimate year of MBA, law, or graduate school. We typically hire 15-20 Summer Associates per class year, with the goal of offering successful candidates a full-time opportunity to join the firm upon graduation.

Frankfurt
Lazard’s Internship program offers a unique experience for students interested in starting their Investment Banking career. Frankfurt offers 10-12 week internships to undergraduate and postgraduate students year-round. Interns will be given the opportunity to explore different groups through project assignments in all of our M&A industry groups and Restructuring. Associate and Analyst-level mentors are provided to ensure a fulfilling internship experience. Successful interns may be extended full-time offers to join the firm as Analysts upon graduation.

- In the field of Mergers & Acquisitions, Lazard Milan offers three and six-month year-round internship position. Our aim is to provide you with in the field experience in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, developing financial, market and company analysis and basic valuation techniques.
- Ideal candidates are undergraduate or postgraduate students with an outstanding academic background in business economics or in another discipline with a focus on economics. Successful applicants will be integrated into a young, motivated team assisting with existing advisory mandates, and the acquisition of new clients. Applications now live and due to close on Sunday 13th March at midnight.
Paris
- Six-month internships are available throughout the year to students in Paris.

- Our Sydney, Melbourne and Perth offices offer internships to outstanding undergraduates who are typically about to commence their final year of study.

- An internship with Lazard’s Financial Advisory group in Beijing is designed to provide insight into the day-to-day role of Investment Banking. Lazard seeks internship candidates who demonstrate excellent analytical skills, have strong motivation and a genuine interest in Investment Banking. Investment Banking Interns support Lazard’s Asia-Pacific team on marketing and deal execution assignments.
