Details
TASKS
- Receiving accounting documents either physically or electronically and processing data and vouchers according to procedures
- Regularly checking dedicated portals and retrieving invoices from specified sources
- Scanning and uploading invoices into the system in line with established guidelines
- Handling selected communication (via email) with all internal departments
- Contacting relevant departments to clarify the correctness and completeness of documents
- Archiving paper documents in accordance with internal policies
- Physically sending letters to designated departments as required
- Ensuring that the accepted service level is maintained in terms of timeliness and accuracy of accounting data processing within the area of responsibility
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.
