YOUR TASKS
Your main responsibilities will consist:
Assisting the Category Manager:
- Assortment & Innovation tracking
- Update different category management tools for the tracking of assortment & innovations launches at different retailers (Excel)
- Support in the implementation of a new sales excellence tracking tool
- Deep Dive in Power Bi dashboards related to sales execution
- Help elaborate attractive & pertinent sell-in stories/presentations for our different retailers (Power Point)
- Planogram/Shelf Space Analysis
- Analyze assortment & space development in shelf via planograms received by our different retailers (SOA, SOS, follow-up implementation of our recommendations, etc.)
- Highlight key changes + update reports / inform key internal stakeholders
- Ad hoc analysis and recommendation on category management projects (Assortment optimization, Shelf recommendation, & Nielsen analysis).

What it takes to join us:
- Full time available (5 days per week) as of September 2025 for 6 month;
- Is currently in his/her Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Marketing / Business / Economics /;
- Has excellent creative abilities and attention to detail;
- Is fascinated by the FMCG universe and cosmetics industry;
- Demonstrates good team spirit and communication skills;
- Has very good working skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Well organized, structured and objective
- Has very good language skills (Fench & English OR Dutch & English)
