Operations and Technology Emerging Leaders Program
This two-year program is focused on driving the convergence of data, processes, tools and people, and delivering cost leadership. Emerging leaders develop innovative technology and process improvement solutions to help clients grow and compete. Four career paths are available: Operations, Technology, Engineering and Data Sciences. Candidates assume roles of increasing responsibility that focus on vital business processes.
Emerging Technologist Program
The Emerging Technologist Program is all about developing and investing in the next generation of technical and scientific experts within the organization. Participants in this program enjoy a diverse and challenging set of rotational assignments, in-class technical and business training and unparalleled networking opportunities.
Commercial Emerging Leaders Program
Partner with our Watch and Buy clients to address their most complex business issues with opportunities in product leadership, analytics, innovation, and client service. You will gain experience in both our Watch and Buy businesses.
Finance Emerging Leaders Program
This two-year program provides exposure to financial planning and analysis, investment decision-making, controllership, risk management and valuation, and treasury operations on both the corporate and business unit level. The program's structure combines challenging coursework on financial topics, professional development and hands-on work experience.
Human Resources Emerging Leaders Program
In this two-year program, candidates work with Nielsen leaders to attract, retain, and develop the talent needed to grow our business and to help global clients succeed. Potential assignments include a rotation within a developing market (e.g., Brazil, Russia, India, China) and involve an HR specialty such as compensation, organization, leadership development, and staffing.
