The Partner Operations Intern will support key partner-related processes, systems, and data management to help improve efficiency and collaboration between the company and its partners. The role will focus on data input, accuracy and integrity and is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual who is eager to learn about partner operations, CRM systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & System Support
  • Assist in maintaining SFDC Partner Account data to ensure accuracy.
  • Partner Agreement accuracy
  • Help track partner contracts and maintain organized records.
  • Support the issue tracking process, ensuring partner-related concerns are logged and followed up on.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining partner dashboards in SFDC.
  • Organization and version control of critical documents
  • Enablement and Training Material
  • Partner Program
  • Portal and Hubs

Partner Support & Operations

  • Monitor and manage the Partner Ops Queue, including:
  • Tenant support requests
  • Opportunity and quote support
  • Partner tag updates
  • Help create and update new Partner Profiles in the system.
  • Assist with documentation updates and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates.

Partner Portal & Applications

  • Assist Partner Portal content management, including:
  • Posting announcements
  • Updating the Partner Portal Guide
  • Managing partner access requests
  • Support the Partner Locator by helping with intake, maintenance, and updates.
  • Help manage and update the partner application form.
  • Review incoming partner applications and assist with processing.

Referral Partner Support

  • Help track and process partner referrals in the Partner Referral Queue.
  • Communicate with internal teams and partners to ensure referrals are reviewed efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining the Referral Partner Playbook.
  • Support the monitoring of referral opportunities and assist with processing referral letters.

Performance & Learning

  • Learn about key performance benchmarks and assist in tracking partner program performance.
  • Help compile reports and insights on partner activity and engagement.
  • Participate in meetings to gain exposure to partner operations best practices.

You Are

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Well-developed organizational and data management skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn about partner operations, CRM systems (Salesforce), and business processes.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $20 - $26 USD
