Description of Ideal Candidate

What You Need to Succeed

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: around 2 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or a related field, with familiarity in project management tools and methodologies.

Technical Skills:

Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++

Databases: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL

Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins

Platforms: Windows, Linux, macOS

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
