Details
As part of the Field Operations team, you'll partner closely with Sales VPs, Revenue Leaders, and RevOps colleagues to solve real business problems, from optimizing our go-to-market process to improving sales productivity. This isn't just reporting, it's strategic problem-solving that directly impacts revenue growth.
Revenue Operations is one of the most in-demand areas in Tech, where strategy meets execution. As the CRO's right hand for go-to-market execution, RevOps professionals analyse sales performance, design revenue strategies, and drive operational excellence. In this role, you'll develop skills in business analytics, sales strategy, and commercial problem-solving that will set you up for a career in RevOps, Consulting, or GTM Leadership.
What You'll Do

Sales Strategy & Operations Projects:

Assist with go-to-market initiatives like territory design, segment strategy, or sales coverage model optimization

Conduct sales funnel analyses and competitive benchmarking to inform sales strategy

Contribute to the rollout and measurement of sales programs (e.g., new product launches, sales plays, incentive programs)

Business Analytics & Insights:

Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities

Build executive dashboards that answer strategic questions for sales leadership

Support forecasting, capacity planning, and quota allocation analyses

Process Excellence:

Partner with sales teams to test and iterate on new workflows or playbooks

Drive day-to-day RevOps activities, including process documentation, data audits of key metrics and solving operational friction points that impact rep productivity

Support revenue reporting and business reviews for CRO and executive leadership

What you need to succeed

Education & Availability: You are currently enrolled in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree as a full-time student, ideally for at least one full year for the duration of the working student position.

Relevant Experience: You ideally have first experience in Consulting, SaaS, Strategy, or high-growth startup environments—bonus points if you've worked in sales, analytics, or operations roles.

SaaS & Commercial Acumen: You want to build a career in GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or Commercial Leadership, and you understand basic SaaS metrics like CAC, LTV, win rate, pipeline velocity, and ARR growth.

Business Intuition: You have commercial intuition and are curious about how businesses grow—why deals are won or lost, how sales teams operate, and what makes go-to-market strategies successful.

Analytical Mindset: You have a structured, analytical mindset and can break down complex business problems into actionable insights and recommendations.

Tech-Savvy & Self-Sufficient: You are fluent in working with AI-tools and leverage them to work self-sufficiently in ambiguous environments, with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets to support analyses and reporting.

Quality & Growth Mindset: You have quality standards for your own work but don't shy away from asking for context and guidance when needed.

Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
