Roberto Rocca Scholarships are granted to undergraduate engineering students in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, China, Colombia, Ecuador, Ghana, Guatemala, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Nigeria, Romania, UK, Uruguay and USA. Though each country's program has its own distinct features, in all cases scholarships are awarded exclusively for study at domestic universities. Local programs are managed by the Human Resources departments of the sponsoring companies in each country.

Each year The Program grants more than 650 Scholarships worldwide to students at more than 80 universities.
In the USA, the Roberto Rocca Education Program awards scholarships to students in their last two years of study in Engineering Technology and Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, Metallurgical, Materials Science, Manufacturing and Petroleum Engineering.
