Details
The candidate will be responsible for
- Reception tasks for visitors and phone calls. Receive and send letters, packages etc. and distribute them accordingly.
- Assist in different tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Take inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Oversee travel arrangements, accommodation and schedules for team members on business trips.
- Handling administrative requests and queries from managers and the rest of the team

It’s the equivalent to the electricity consumption of 4.5 million households worldwide. This leads to an annual reduction of 6 million tons of CO2 and an annual decrease of 9 million oil barrels
