At Revolut, Operations means problem-solving at scale. Our team tackles the company’s toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity, designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.
We’re looking for Graduate Strategy & Operations Managers to join the team in France as we scale our expansion in Europe. You’ll apply your analytical, data-driven approach to make a difference on regulatory and operational challenges, helping to build and optimise how we operate in the market.

What you'll need
- A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade) in a STEM subject
- To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
- Solid problem-solving skills and a passion for data
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or R
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a drive to make an impact
- An interest in fintech and the financial industry
- Fluency in English with great communication skills
- Full-time availability from early or late 2027
- A willingness to attend the office in Paris at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)
Nice to have
- Experience or internship in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or fast-growing tech
