THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and organized Digital Project Management Intern to support the performance optimization and future architecture planning of the ECMS/FSMS solution.
This solution, deployed across all centers since 2022 via Citrix, has seen growing adoption across SBM but now faces user-experience challenges due to performance degradation. A review of the existing architecture and the transition toward a more sustainable web-based solution is in progress.
The intern will be fully integrated into the team and will play a key role in coordinating efforts between Business, Digital, IT, and Enterprise Architecture teams. This is a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional experience and manage a real-world digital transformation initiative.
Main Missions
- Understand the ECMS/FSMS solution architecture, current usage, and performance challenges.
- Coordinate a technical assessment to identify root causes of performance issues on Citrix.
- Contribute to the definition and tracking of short-term performance improvements.
- Support the planning and scoping of a long-term sustainable architecture (e.g. web-based).
- Interface daily with multidisciplinary stakeholders (Business, IT, Digital, Enterprise Architecture, Process).
- Support documentation and reporting activities related to performance findings, decisions, and progress.
- Follow up on action plans and ensure key milestones are achieved.
