We are looking for a graduate to join us! Kick off your career at Sage. This is a superb opportunity to work in a dynamic team responsible for excellent software solutions for Sage X3. Isn't that great?

What do we want from you: We are looking for a graduate, working his path to a functional role in a IT company with passion for technology and manufacturing, collaboration and creative problem-solving. The intern will contribute to the team projects in our Sage X3 Product Engineering team and work closely with a mentor in order to up-skill.

Key Responsibilities    

How will you support us:

  • Support the Product Engineering Level 3 team in maintaining our customers and partners working closely with Local support teams in all the countries where Sage is based and where our Products are deployed.
  • Complete all required training and mentoring sessions.
  • Assists in issues and provides functional support
  • Helps the team with new projects (analysis, testing, documentations...) before features are released (Agile organization)
  • Ensure all work is delivered and meets the proposed requirements.
  • Offering us new insights and creativity
  • You will continuous work on your skills and knowledge to become a reliable team member.
  • Create/update documentation for all work you're doing.
  • Keep up to date with relevant technology areas.
  • Seek out help, feedback, support from other team members.

Your profile:

  • A relevant degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, etc.
  • Be an active and enthusiastic team player and know how to work as part of a team.
  • Being a positive person who overcomes difficulties well.
  • Having a bold personality : be courageous, curious, ambitious and creative.
  • Problem-solving and functional profile
  • Some knowledge of the Distribution and Manufacturing areas
  • Relevant experience (personal projects, academic projects, end of the year projects)
  • Good numerical reasoning and logic ability with problem solving skills
  • Proven desire for learning and self-progression
  • Good communication skills.
