Gain valuable experience working in the field of production engineering and from project work at a large company, while getting the chance to hang out with other summer technologists.
About the program
You will also gain good insight into Scania’s production and business. Over five weeks, you will get to work on a technical assignment, individually or in pairs. This involves producing an improvement proposal or some form of problem solving. In addition, you will work on a group project together with all the other summer technologists, where you have the chance to share experiences with future engineers from other colleges and universities.

Students will get a technical project assessment to work with, either individually or in a pair. You will also work on a group assignment together with other Program participants. This program aims to deepen your knowledge of the Scania Production System, production technology and how to lead and drive improvement work.

Description of Ideal Candidate
We are looking for students studying for their Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Engineering with a technical specialisation.
You are outgoing, driven, ambitious and have good analytical capabilities. You are communicative and find it easy to work cooperatively. You must have a good grasp of both spoken and written English.
