Your Challenge

As a fast growing Dutch Saas startup, we value our team's autonomy and creativity at work. Our mission is to offer a unique sales engagement platform, and we want you to be part of it!

You might know that customer success is an essential part of SaaS, making sure that users love to work with our tools. The challenge can be broken down into onboarding and training of new users, and providing support to existing users. 
This position will provide you with an interesting challenge, and we want to see you develop and become the best customer support hero you can be. In other words, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of your job, and optimize your processes as you go. You can play a key role in the expansion of Shaman. The best part, you can do this from anywhere in Europe.

Your responsibilities

  • Create new training content for users, like written articles, presentations and short screencast videos

  • Maintain the existing support website

  • Organize periodic webinars to educate our existing user base

  • First point of contact for specific customer segment for live customer support (chat, email)

  • Manage the adoption dashboard and develop custom interventions

  • Localizing our content by translating training materials into different languages.

Who you are

  • You're a great communicator in English (written and spoken), and speak at least one other European Language. 

  • You have some customer support experience, or a very strong interest in it. You are eager to help people.

  • You are a true digital native, and working with Wordpress and support software comes natural to you.

  • You're a fast learner and you like solving problems on your own. BUT you're also not afraid of asking questions.

  • You're a challenge seeker. Nothing is impossible in your eyes!

  • You're proactive and overflowing with innovative ideas. You're no stranger to thinking outside the box, and curiosity leads the way.

  • In the current COVID-19 environment, you can work from home

  • You are based in Europe
