The selection process at Symphony is designed to ensure a two-way process wherein we get to know each other. Symphony provides tools that encourage balance and wellness in our employees. We enjoy a healthy cooked lunch together as well as refreshments and fruit each day. We encourage our team members to participate in sports and outdoor activities. We not only aim to increase professional standards but also personal ones. At the end of the day we want to provide time and place for everyone to do what they care most about, whether it be a prayer, exercise, meditation, massage, sport, travel, learning, gaming or something else. All of our team members have private health insurance that covers their annual health costs. Everyone is encouraged to visit the different Symphony hubs and to work with their teammates there. Often we work side-by-side with our clients on different locations (USA, Australia, China, Netherlands, Italy, etc.) and this offers us a chance to learn from each other on a daily basis. These relocations also give us the opportunity to explore new communities and cultures. The Symphony Fun Committee is there to organize after work activities, which can involve trips abroad, cinema and theatre visits, barbecues, rafting, and other fun things that we usually do. We value and appreciate good ideas that will bring benefit to us all, so don’t be afraid to speak your mind. We give back! With employees in different countries, we have the ability to make a difference in many communities. We encourage our employees to get involved in local and company sponsored philanthropic activities. In addition, we match monetary donations annually.
