Details
With over 130 attorneys, tax consultants and accountants at our offices in ten European countries we successfully advise ambitious companies in their business transactions in home countries and abroad as well as by international business projects. Since many of our clients operate in German-language economic space, our advice is not only based on national and European legislation but often also boundary points with German law occur.
Activities:
- preparation and revision of legal opinions, analyses, and pleadings
- co-operation with current case handling
- preparation of presentations and publications

Qualifications:
- fluent written and oral knowledge of German and English
- good knowledge of legal methodology
- ability to combine detailed legal analysis with business thinking
- good presentation and communication skills
- ability to work independently
- motivation to continuously improve own knowledge and abilities
- ability to use basic office software
Of advantage:
- previous experience in law offices or business enterprises
- additional knowledge of foreign languages
- study or work experience abroad
