In this Role, you’ll get to
- Manage CRM updates, opportunity intake, and presales coordination
- Track contract processes, maintain documentation logs, and follow up with Legal/Ops
- Update implementation & go live trackers, compile project checklists
- Maintain BAU issue logs, coordinate BRD requests, and support performance reporting
- Prepare QBR/SLA decks, collect data, and produce governance templates
- Assist in monitoring post go live performance dashboards and reconciliation checks
- Coordinate weekly cadences with Partnership Ops and cross functional teams
- Support partner engagement materials, ecosystem initiatives, and presentation decks
- Compile regular performance reports on performance and operational metrics according to business requirements
- Prepare key indicator data reports, monitor for any abnormal situations and coordinate with relevant personnel to handle them promptly
