Grant proposals are to be submitted in the sending countries by applicants for pre-selection. Following an evaluation process applications are forwarded to the TEMPUS PUBLIC FOUNDATION, which is the Hungarian coordination unit of the Programme.

- BA/BSc (undergraduate 3,5 years)
- MA/MSc (graduate 2 years)
- PhD studies (doctoral 4 years)

BENEFITS FOR SCHOLARSHIP HOLDERS
- no tuition fee
- monthly stipend:
- for bachelor and master students HUF 43 700 monthly scholarship
- for PhD students HUF 140 000 per month for the first two years, and HUF 180 000 per month in the second two years after the complex exam
- dormitory place or HUF 40 000 per month accommodation allowance
- medical insurance
