Details

What you will be doing:

  • You will work closely with the HR team for 8 hours/day.
  • Support of operational and administrative matters such as the update of personnel systems and records, paperwork, etc.
  • Provide help and support of Recruitment processes, i. e. Update of tracking sheet, posting of vacancies, candidate filtering, identification, and communication, etc.
  • Project work such as Creation of presentations, training, policies, and guidelines, among others
  • Documentation of the processes, events, and incidents related to the assigned tasks.

The company has delivered 750M digital magazine editions across more than 8,5k titles from 1.3k publishers in 200 countries to over 10M customers.
