Job Purpose
In a period of 2 years you will rotate around our teams and receive on-the-job coaching from experts. This could be in different locations. You will have a number of different assignments each within a period of approximately 3-6 months.
A business- and technical mentor will be assigned to you for each assignment. At the end of your program we will discuss career options and hope to place you as a successful professional according to your abilities and personal preferences.

Required Knowledge/Experience
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, chemical engineering, business administration, economics, industrial engineering or another closely related field
- Interest in the field of electronics
- Graduates or up to 3 years of experience
- Very good English language skills (additional language skills are beneficial)
- Ability to establish (international) relationships build on trust and ability to promote teamwork and collaboration with colleagues, customers and partners
- Ability to take initiative and to make decisions
- A ‘do as promised’ attitude
