About the Organizers
The “Great Silk Way” International Youth Union is an international non-commercial youth organization established in 2012 in Baku, Azerbaijan, uniting youth organizations from Asia, Africa, and Europe. The Union promotes intercultural dialogue, international cooperation, and the role of youth in sustainable development through training programs,
forums, and global initiatives.
The All-China Youth Federation is a national umbrella organization representing youth organizations and movements across China. It supports youth participation in international cooperation, innovation, and development initiatives and plays a key role in organizing major global youth forums.

We are selecting 25 youth workers and young entrepreneurs aged 18–35 who:
- Lead a registered organization, enterprise, or project
- Manage an active initiative with measurable social or economic impact
- Demonstrate innovation and scaling potential
- Contribute to global youth development and youth work
- Align their work with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Are able to communicate in English
