Responsibilities
- You will assist in the re-structuring and successful positioning as a member of the respective Operations Team
- The Operations Team develops – together with the established C-level management and employees – a comprehensive restructuring concept and redesigns the corporate strategy
- As a fully integrated team member during your internship you will be cooperating on the development of various improvement measures through the entire value chain of the business, implement them, drive them on and monitor them permanently and assist with the reporting to the management and the shareholders

Your profile
- Graduate in business studies or natural sciences or comparable vocational training as well as initial experience, preferably in the areas Private Equity, M&A or Financial Due Diligence
- You gained your knowledge in a private equity company, a corporate M&A department or a corporate finance consulting firm
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on mentality as well as a high degree of responsibility and strong teamwork
- Excellent analytical skills and result-oriented thinking
- Good endurance and you can operate independently
