Details
Working closely with our Business Development team as well as all operational teams, the International Markets team is involved in the entire development process.
Responsibilities
-
Support in the supervision of various customer experience topics with the goal of improving the customer experience (NPS, customer surveys, customer experience monitoring, etc.)

Structured set-up as well as execution of customer surveys
-
Collaboration on quantitative and qualitative analyses to uncover potential for improvement
-
Independent research work on various inquiries with subsequent derivation of recommendations for action
- Takeover of operational processes

Requirements

Studies in economics or a comparable course of studies
- A structured and accurate way of working
- Good analytical skills and commercial understanding
