Our Strategy & Business Development Team drives impact and innovation within ABOUT YOU in different ways: From leading ABOUT YOU’s key strategic initiatives to enabling other business functions along this journey. We work in cross-functional settings and in close interaction with our Leads and the Management.

Details

As our new Intern Strategy & Business Development (m/f/d), you will support high-impact projects between business and technology. Thereby, you will develop a deep understanding of all business aspects of ABOUT YOU and quickly grow a comprehensive strategic and operational skill set in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyse relevant KPIs and deduct concrete actions to support the steering and scaling of new projects
Summarize project requirements based on data-driven and analytical decision-making and analyses
Investigate optimal solutions by communicating and following up with internal stakeholders across various teams
Provide valuable operational support for monitoring and operating running projects

Description of Ideal Candidate

Requirements

Studies in the fields of economics, project management, international business or similar
Experience with cross-functional projects in a start-up/ scale-up, consulting or similarly high-paced work environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and distinctive understanding of numbers
Understanding of financial, operational and customer KPIs and key drivers
Strong sense of ownership
Ability to work independently and constantly prioritize your task based on impact
Quick perception and excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel & PowerPoint)
