Requirements
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- Advanced studies in Business Administration, HR Management, Social Sciences or similar (Bachelor students from 5th semester or Master students)
- Language skills: fluent in English (C1 Level), advanced level of Spanish (B2-C1 Level), office languages are Spanish, German and English
- Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new sectors (e.g. industries or professional fields)
- A passion for networking
- Must be registered university student during the internship, Erasmus+ Learning Agreement if possible

- Analytical and creative thinking
- Ability to quickly familiarize with new areas, such as industries, occupational fields, etc., and tasks
