Details
In three full working days, between 3-5 November, you will have the opportunity to work together on your project, get peer support from like-minded people, take knowledge from workshops, feedback from seasoned NA officers and mentoring and support from experienced trainers.
During the Project Lab you will have an opportunity to:
- strengthen new cooperation between partner organizations;
- develop your project idea into a real project plan;
- receive support in building a quality application for the Spring round of 2027;
- plan the precise next steps to submit the application;
- learn from other participants, exchange ideas and experiences.

Who can apply?
- Participation is only possible for organisations applying jointly with at least one partner organisation based in a different country (please each partner submit separate applications);
- At least one of the partner organisations is working with young people with fewer opportunities. Including, but not limited to: lived experience of migration (including refugees), diverse abilities (disabilities), neurodiversity, lgbtiq*, people of colour, people with fewer learning opportunities, people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. We want you in the room.
- Be over 18 years old and have relevant work profile (in a paid or volunteer position) for a youth organisation;
- The programme is in English; you should be able to communicate your ideas and work on your project.
- Bonus points: if you have participated in an activity of Strategic Partnership on Inclusion in 2021-2026.

Participation fee
This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Program. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.
Accommodation and food
Lithuanian NA will organise and cover the costs for accommodation and food for the period of the training course.
Travel reimbursement
Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
