Your next challenge:
- Manage account documentations and renewals in collaboration with other Support Departments , Due Diligence analysis and scoring card to compose
- Execute opening and closure of securities and/or cash accounts Support & coordinate operational teams for inquiries & requests linked to Business Counterparties Accounts
- Treatment of invoice process and monitore an efficient flow for each invoicing source
- Invoicing : reception, verification, reconciliation , investigation, production and control
- Ensure appropriate control and application of the settings needed for each account concerned
- Solution minded approach and define areas of improvements and implement them
- Perform several checks & controls linked to Business Counterparties Accounts Management
- Manage operational risks and incidents in collaboration with relevant departments
- Innovate and challenge the existing models and suggest alternatives when applicable
- Provide the necessary information in order to align our common approach under Network Cash and Securities
Eligibility
Candidates should be from:
Description of Ideal Candidate
Your skills:
- School orientation : Finance, Economy, Management
- Grade level : BAC+3
- Languages : French and English ; any other language would be considered as an asset
- Overall knowledge of the banking industry
- Good level in Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Datawarehouse (CODS)
- Knowledge of Bank’s operations & interactions with FO-MO-BO
- Knowledge of the custodian network activity would be valuable.
