CHAPTR is a dynamic startup bridging media and technology. The Role
We're on the lookout for standout individuals with an interest in media, technology, and generative AI to join us for a full-time internship lasting a minimum of three months. You'll play a pivotal role in building CHAPTR and supporting our project portfolio, which includes exciting projects like Stori & White Mirror.
Working closely with the CEO and our Venture Development Managers, we're setting out to shape and grow CHAPTR while pushing the limits of content creation in ongoing projects like Stori and White Mirror. If you're as thrilled about media and technology as we are and see the promise of generative AI, we want you on board. With an entrepreneurial spirit, a can-do attitude, and a knack for rapid learning and adaptability, you'll be part of a stellar team making waves in the storytelling realm.
As CHAPTR is at the beginning of its journey, you will gain firsthand startup experience, build your network and deepen your knowledge in a fastly evolving environment at the interception of technology, media and creativity. We guarantee a steep learning curve, not just because of the dynamic market. Ourteam will support you with a mentor, ensuring your personal growth. You'll acquire skills and hands-on experience with pioneering technologies like LLMs such as ChatGPT-4 or PaLM 2, and other state-of-the-art tools and beyond.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Work closely with our Venture Development Managers on various projects, contributing to both strategy and execution.
- Help develop and execute launch strategies for different projects.
- Prepare concise, insightful reports and updates for our founders and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough analyses of the AI market and competition, drawing strategic insights that shape our competitive edge.
- Actively build, manage and retain relationships with stakeholders within our HPG network.
- Assist the venture team in strategic and business development efforts, shaping our growth path.
- Support drafting a marketing / PR / communication strategy & actively accompany it’s execution.
- Actively support the broader CHAPTR team with ideas and contributions related to new products, tech & business models (all related to media / technology / AI).

- Currently advanced in bachelor’s/master’s program or in a gap year, with your studies focused on business or business information/engineering.
- First internship experiences around start-ups, strategy consulting, business development, data
analysis, and/or project management. - Highly ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias towards action.
- Exceptional analytical skills & strong strategic thinking.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (in English).
- Fun working in a great team of rockstars.
- Based in Germany.
WHAT MIGHT COME IN HANDY
- First experiences in a tech start-up or consulting firm.
- A passion for content (movies, literature, music, art, …), culture & communities.
- Speaks meme fluently and knows the cool hashtags before they’re trending.
- Experience in leveraging the power of ChatGPT, MidJourney and other AI tools out there.
- Great communication skills: Speaking tech fluently - with or without ChatGPT.
- Capability to quickly learn & adapt, particularly in generative AI & the rapid changing industry.
