CIXI is an active mobility startup developing products ranging from the Vigoz -an active vehicle that can travel up to 120km/h- to bicycles. We want to enable people to be active during their daily trips and reduce their environmental footprint.
Your responsabilities:
Participate in talents' recruitments: sourcing (drafting and posting job offers, direct outreach, ...) and conducting interviews in collaboration with hiring managers
Contribute to the onboarding of newcomers
Collaborate with our communication team to develop the employer brand
Suggest improvements of our recruitement processes
Assisting in administrative tasks such as editing employment contracts and confidentiality agreements

You are studying for a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
You have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate curiosity
You are both rigorous and creative, and you are known for your proactivity
You are capable of working in English
Ideally, you have previous experience in recruitment
