Your tasks

  • Get to know a global HR organization and gain first-hand experience in global Talent Management and Talent Acquisition projects
  • Support the implementation of our Talent Management roadmap and priorities by conducting data analysis and supporting with coordination of talent programs & processes
  • Support the coordination and project management of Talent Programs and initiatives, including systems and data management, creation of programs/process comms and guides toolkits, organizing and delivering sessions and events
  • Support with providing input to cross-divisional PowerBI Dashboards development and support with the development of PowerBI Dashboards related to Talent Program specific initiatives
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and reports, including visualization of data and creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Conduct research regarding Talent Management projects and work on continuous improvement of process using Power Automate (or other automation tools)
  • Opportunity to get involved in exciting new developments e.g. a "mentoring and coaching" platforms

Description of Ideal Candidate

Your profile

  • You MUST be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program of Business administration, Logistics, Economics, Project management, Industrial engineering or other relevant courses
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong Interest and ability to quickly adapt to dynamic environment, presentation and communication skills, organizing and coordinating skills, willingness to learn
  • Have a digital mindset and be eager to learn and grow
  • Good knowledge and skills with Power Point (design tools knowledge is a plus), Excel and PBi (Data management tools is a plus). Programming skills are an advantage but not a must
  • Be a team player, work independently, creative, presenting and communication skills
