YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:  

This internship will take place in Paris (75), in our superb HQ as of april 2024.

To thrive in your missions, your coach (aka your manager) at Danone, PLOTNIKOVA Elena, Human Rights Due Diligence Senior Manager, will help you cross the finish line:  

  • Assist in the design and development of human rights learning solutions, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training materials
  • Support the roll-out of human rights learning programs and toolkits across the organization, including coordination with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to project management activities related to human rights initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation.
  • Assist in the preparation of different types of reports, with a specific focus on human rights-related disclosures and CSRD (Corporate Social Responsibility and Disclosure).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess human rights risks within the business units and contribute to the development of risk mitigation plans

About you

You are a champion:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, such as Human Rights, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human rights, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), digital savvy.

THE BONUS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP / THIS INTERNSHIP:  

  • You will receive a gratification from 1 300€ (Bachelor or gap year) to 1 500€ gross/month (Master 2)
