Our IT operations department is a versatile hands-on team, dedicated to support and manage the bank in monitoring, scheduling, dashboarding, patching a great diversity of applications.
Your Position
As an Intern in IT Operations, you will support the team by increasing its operational quality. You will be responsible for:
- Updating the documentation;
- Ticketing management in Jira and Snow;
- Small scripting in Shell and Powershell;
- Creating and updating dashboards;
- Creating and updating self service pages;
- The automatization by scripting according to your experience;
- Decommissioning and monitoring of applications;
- Supporting the team with incident management in Jira;
- Standardizing.

Your Profile
- You are currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, and have a good knowledge in computers;
- You have excellent writing skills and are fluent in French and English;
- You are proactive and task oriented;
- You are eager to learn and to develop yourself in a versatile team;
- You demonstrate a great command in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, VBA and Python;
- Team spirit is in your DNA, and you like to work in a dynamic team in a challenging environment.
