Take your next step to lead teams, and transform yourself and your organisation. Evolve your mindset, learn novel techniques, and become a true adaptive leader with our Transformation Leadership Programme!

  • You will lead your team in exploring a complex, real-world challenge.
  • You will gain context around the transformation you envision through research, design, and prototyping possible solutions.
  • You will apply design methods to co-create and experiment in an iterative learning process..

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

As a Transformation Owner in our 20-week programme, you’ll lead a team of 4-5 trainees through the Digital Transformation Intensive Programme (DTIP). Your role combines leadership, mentorship, and facilitation as you guide your team toward solutions that create real impact for partner organizations.

In the Transformation Leadership Programme, we place a big emphasis on peer learning. Our small cohort setup will allow you to build your own tribe of like-minded individuals eager to grow as leaders. We encourage engagement between learners and shaping your experience together with others.

MASTER ESSENTIAL METHODOLOGIES

You’ll gain expertise in three powerful frameworks:

  • Scrum for agile project management across five focused sprints
  • Systems Design for addressing root causes and driving systemic change
  • Design Thinking for creating innovative solutions aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals

Description of Ideal Candidate

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Aspiring trainees will be considered for admission when they fulfil the following characteristics: 

  • Schengen area citizens: Bachelor’s degree
  • Non-Schengen area citizens: Master’s degree* 
  • B2 English level or equivalent. Recommended: IELTS Speaking/Listening 7 or higher, or TOEFL Speaking/Listening 27 points or more
  • Preferred: Two years of work experience 
  • Educational and/or professional backgrounds preferably (but not exclusively) in the areas of Digital Design, Computer Science, Game Design, Data Science, MBA, Creative Industries, Humanities, UX/UI and Social Sciences.

Competencies:  

  • You are a critical and independent learner;
  • You have knowledge and insights about the latest pressing social challenges or technological advancements.
  • You can design, perform, analyse and report both in writing and orally on complex topics.
  • You are willing to challenge your perceptions of the current growth-driven and technology-centred society.
  • You are open-minded and collaborative, and you have an adaptable mindset.

* We offer a very limited number of openings for participants with a Bachelor’s degree completed no more than two years before the start of the programme.
