We are looking for a Junior Client Success Specialist for the UK Market to join our Customer Experience team. Currently, the team is made up of 80 people of different nationalities.
- Maintain and create simultaneously strong relationship with existing customers.
- Problem solving: Ensure all needs and queries are resolved via ticket/phone.
- Control and follow up on any bugs with the operations team and the client.
- Retain and engage existing English speaker clients (companies under 39 seats). This is one of the most important tasks where you can apply everything learned in the Customer Experience world.

- English expert speaker.
