What is the role of a Sales and Dealing Assistant at Fipto?

As a Sales and Dealing Assistant at Fipto, your mission will be to play a key role in our sales team by helping to generate qualified leads and book appointments for our sales team. You will be at the heart of our growth by identifying and interacting with potential prospects, understanding their needs and informing them about the benefits of our solutions. You'll work closely with the sales team to help expand our customer base and achieve our growth targets.

  • Prospect new customer
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers (CFO, Treasurer, Finance, Supply chain, etc.)
  • Schedule customer meetings
  • Review onboarding flows
  • Assist dealing desk with market orders.
  • Participation in newsletters on various subjects
  • Participate in the organization of events (conferences, stands and webinars).
  • Analysis and research of relevant KPIs for weekly reporting.
  • Manage and update all our reporting tools (sales pipe, CRM, etc.)
  • Keep abreast of the competition, partners and the market to ensure we are always one step ahead.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our offers and operations.

This internship will provide you with:

  • New knowledge of the crypto and blockchain world: discovering international payments and crypto to develop the platform.
  • A significant increase in your skills in the Sales field: how to adopt a consultative approach, sales techniques, etc.
  • Experience in an international environment, English being the working language we use most internally.
  • The possibility of continuing on to a permanent contract and continuing to develop internally.

Your Future Team:

You will work under Valentin, your future manager and Head of Sales.

You will also work closely with:

  • Grégoire, our CRO and also one of Fipto’s co-founders
  • The rest of the Sales team composed of Gregoire, Charlotte and Sabri
  • The Product team composed of Jean-Laurent, Zineb and Baptiste
  • as well as many other people

Description of Ideal Candidate

About You:

  • Currently in your final year of a higher education course in Sales (Business school or equivalent), you are looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship starting in November.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience of a similar internship.
  • You've already used CRM tools (Hubspot/Salesforce or other), have a good command of customer management tools and have knowledge of crypto and blockchain.
  • If you have previous experience in crypto and blockchain and/or B2B, that's a bonus
  • Knowledge of the FX and payment markets is also a plus
  • You're goal-driven, and meeting ambitious challenges doesn't scare you;
  • You're self-motivated and a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to connect easily
  • You’re a team-player
  • You're not afraid to pick up the phone to convince new prospects;
  • You're organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize your actions;
  • You're curious and eager to learn as part of a passionate sales team
  • You're interested in the world of finance and crypto
  • You are fluent in English and French
