Details
The main goal of this work is the planning and commissioning of a digital interface that enables the acquisition of machine data from Beckhoff and Siemens controls in real-time via DEWESOFT.
Your tasks:
- Familiarization with measurement tasks and automation technology at Groz-Beckert
- Deepening knowledge of DEWESOFT's data acquisition systems and the machine controls of Beckhoff and Siemens
- Planning and implementation of the interface between DEWESOFT and the machine controls
- Conducting tests to determine the performance and reliability of the interface
- Creation of comprehensive documentation that documents all steps of planning, implementation, and testing

Description of Ideal Candidate
Your profile:
- Study in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related course of study
- Good understanding of measurement tasks and automation technology
- Knowledge in the areas of Beckhoff, Siemens, and OPC UA is advantageous
- Programming skills are desirable, especially in the context of PLC
- A precise and structured way of working as well as the ability to document projects
