The admissions portal will be opening by January 2024 latest. The admissions process will occur on a rolling basis until programs are filled. Applications will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee and applicants will be informed of decisions within three weeks of submitting a completed application.

Description of Ideal Candidate
- The Summer School welcomes diverse participant profiles. Participants included university-level students, recent graduates and young professionals who are seeking to discover a new domain. Participants include students at the university and Master’s level as well as young professionals who are seeking to discover a new domain. The 2023 Summer Class included participants from over 50 nationalities worldwide.
- The average participant age in the 2023 Summer School was 23 years old. At minimum, participants must be 19 years of age at the time of the program start.
- Summer Programs are open to students of all domains and who are seeking a high-level academic experience, whether the topic is a new or familiar one. However, for the Mergers and Acquisitions Summer Program, participants are encouraged to have taken the Investment Banking and International Finance Summer Program or to have a background in Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Economics.
- The following elements fulfill the English language requirement:
- Evidence (e.g., transcript) of coursework completed in the English language or
- English language proficiency test score report (such as TOEFL or TOEIC or IELTS or Cambridge)

Cost/funding for participants
- Students who successfully complete the HEC Paris Summer School Program will obtain a course transcript for the equivalent of 7 ECTS. For credit transfer, students should verify with home institutions that credit earned will be applicable.
- Full payment of academic fees is required within fourteen days after receiving official notice of program admission. Payment occurs online by credit card. Wire transfers can also be accepted.
