We have great ambitions to expand and win over more and more Spanish customers with our weekly boxes full of exciting recipes and fresh ingredients, offering amazing job opportunities, in a diverse, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
For our ambitious, fast-growing team in Barcelona, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on (Jr) Recipe Developer Intern to help us develop new recipes while improving existing ones for a duration of 6 months (Fixed contract).
What you’ll do
- Use data-driven insights and identify innovative ideas for developing delicious new recipes and innovating on existing recipes that drive excitement across our customer base
- Evaluate new recipe concepts through the Culinary Team panel tastings to critique and produce the best product
- Cook and test 8-10 new recipes on a weekly basis verifying product fit, cost, nutritional targets and cooking procedures/timings, focusing on ease and fun of execution for the customer
- Write required instructions for each recipe and support creating our database of standardized guidelines, tips and common methods
- Utilize development tools and resources to input and track recipes through the development process

What you’ll bring
- Obsessed with food, preferably holding a Diploma or Certificate in a food-related field e.g. Chef’s training, Specialized Culinary Course, or Technical Culinary School, etc.
- First professional experience, 1+ year experience in Product Development, preferably in the food industry
- You have hands-on mentality and an analytical way of working
- You are very energetic with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You speak English fluently and native Spanish
