The role
Your responsibilities and learning opportunities include:
- Providing logistical support with the organisation of upcoming events and trainings;
- Performing administrative tasks and preparing documents such as evaluation forms, biographies, PowerPoint presentations, speaker charts, speaker nameplates and webpage updates;
- Promoting upcoming events including correspondence with contacts and partners, preparing email sends and drafting promotional material;
- Researching for potential supporters and applicants for the training;
- Conducting post-event wrap-up including the feedback forms, the recording of event statistics and the preparation of an executive report;
- Updating statistics on the membership of the ICC Institute of World Business Law and its Council;
- Drafting minutes and assisting in preparing background documents and briefing material for meetings;
- Performing any other necessary tasks required to ensure the smooth functioning of the team;
- Possibility to attend trainings and conferences taking place in Paris during the internship.

Requirements
Do not hesitate to apply if you:
- Are a student in marketing, management, business, international relations, law, dispute resolution and other similar disciplines with strong academic credentials and prior work or internship experience;
- Are fluent in English (this is mandatory). Knowledge of French and/or another language would be an advantage.
- Have a strong attention to detail and a rigorous attitude.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams Meeting, and PDFs. Knowledge of registration platforms would be a plus.
