Job Description
The Global Digital Marketing team for Premium, Midscale & Economy is a commercially driven team delivering web direct revenue at a controlled cost. We are a team of digital channel & ecommerce project experts leading the web direct commercial strategy & supporting regional eCommerce teams, overseeing overall commercial web direct performance; leveraging all digital channels, digital partnerships and tools to maximise topline revenue in the most cost effective way.
We are servicing, supporting and enabling all the brands and our loyalty programme, ensuring a full funnel approach in all our campaign activation through paid and owned channels.

Area: Global Digital Marketing team for Premium, Midscale & Economy: Digital Projects & Data
Within the Global Digital Marketing team, in the Digital Projects & Data team, the Digital Project Apprentice or Intern reports to the Head of Digital Projects & Data. The team is accountable and responsible for leading the Digital Roadmap in alignment with the Regions and other Global Commercial Departments for the Premium, Midscale & Economy division, while pioneering new product developments and revenue streams, and for accelerating in-depth data analysis to enhance business performance and support the full funnel efficiency. They work within a team of 6.
What you will do:
- Support & Assist Digital Projects & Data Team
- Provide administrative support for project meetings and workshops including capture of decisions and actions, and ensure distribution in a timely manner
- Support formalisation of projects toolkits and other documentations
- Coordinate handover to internal teams from project mode to run mode
- Work on a loop back to integrate learnings from run mode back into project mode for further developments and improvement of the project

- Global and Regional eCommerce Teams
- Global Commercial Teams and Business, Digital & Tech Teams
- Other Key Stakeholders (Legal Finance, Procurement, etc.)

Qualifications
- As a trainee, you must be a student who is ending or has recently graduated with a master degree in business/engineering school/university or equivalent.
- Any professional experience in business administration, project management, digital marketing (ideally in web/product development), travel industry is a plus.
- Strong organisation skills, ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Collaboration and cooperation mindset
- Ability to work with and in remote teams
- Fluent in English, other language is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office pack and especially Powerpoint, Excel and Teams
- Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (ie. Asana, Miro, Trello, Notion, etc.)
