We're JOIN, a tech company that's shaping the future of recruiting. Based in vibrant Berlin, Germany, our team is seeking a motivated Partnership Intern to join our dynamic team. This Internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR tech industry and contribute to our partnership initiatives. As a Partnership Intern, you will work closely with our Partnerships Manager and Management Team/CEO to support and expand our international partnerships portfolio and collaboration and drive the growth of our company.

Tasks

Partner Acquisition:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential partners, including HR technology companies, industry associations, and service providers in the HR industry.
  • Support the development of acquisition strategies for potential partners and establish meaningful relationships.
  • Assist in crafting partnership proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and interests of prospective and existing partners.

Partnership Development:

  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to negotiate partnership agreements and terms.
  • Support the onboarding process for new partners, including coordinating meetings, sharing relevant resources, and facilitating introductions to key stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing joint promotional campaigns and marketing materials to promote partnership initiatives and drive revenue.

Relationship Management:

  • Be a point of contact for existing partners, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed, fostering our relationship.
  • Help maintain accurate records of partner interactions and agreements in CRM systems or databases.
  • Assist in organizing partnership events, webinars, and other activities to boost engagement and collaboration potential.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities related to partnership development.
  • Analyze data and insights to identify potential areas for partnership growth and optimization.
  • Assist in preparing internal reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the Partnerships Manager, Management Team and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Partnerships Manager or other team members.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Law, IT or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Prior experience in partnership development, business development, or related fields is a plus.
  • Passion for startups and the HR tech industry.
  • Interest in learning about partnership strategies and practices.

  • A competitive monthly pay of EUR 2,500 is offered for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week over a 6-month duration, with potential for extension.
