Job Description
- You support our HR Business Partners during their daily activities
- You are responsible for the recruitment of all the interns of JDE Belgium
- Placing ads, planning interviews, screen candidates
- You will be involved in the onboarding of our new employees
- You are responsible for organizing the New Associate Orientation Day
- You contribute to new HR initiatives or projects
- You will have responsibilities regarding global HR projects (for example: Employer Branding)
- You are responsible for the internal communication within JDE
- You help optimize HR processes within the Employee Life Cycle
- You’re a member of the team that will give you the support, knowledge and experience you need
- You get the chance to fill in your internship according to your own strengths and interests

Qualifications
- You are in the last phase of your Bachelor or University Education in the field of Applied Economic Sciences, Business Sciences or Psychology , preferably with a specialization HR
- You can speak English and Dutch or French
- You are fulltime available for a period of at least 4 months, this from February 2023
- Hands on, independent and dynamic are words that describe you
