Overview
The University of Hong Kong (or HKU, as it is familiarly known to students, staff and alumni) is the oldest tertiary education institution in Hong Kong. The Jardine HKU Scholarship is an annual award scheme established with the aim of enhancing access to higher education, targeted at local students who are in need of financial support, and a way to nurture local talents to become future leaders who will give back to their communities.
Details
The Scholarship awards are made to deserving students based on academic merits, financial needs, leadership potentials and demonstrated commitment to community service. Local applicants of all Undergraduate Programmes to be enrolled in full-time study at the University are eligible. Scholarship award recipients will be entitled to a scholarship amount of HK$90,000 annually, subject to renewal based on satisfactory academic performance.
