To make the TUM Business Game 2025 a success, we need a strong & motivated team and YOU are the one we are looking for!

Departments you could join are:

• President
• The President will drive TUM Business Game 2025, orchestrating seamless collaboration between the different departments, formulating and implementing strategies while leading with dedication and a spirit of excellence. The individual will be the primary spokesperson for TUM Business Game to all stakeholders, from sponsors and partners to juries and participants.
• The Partner & Sponsor Relations Department 
• The Partner & Sponsor Relations Department is representing the TUM Business Game to potential partners and sponsors. We are searching for companies, which want to support our project and guarantee the best possible TUM Business Game for our participants.
• For the next TUM Business Game, we want the best partners available. We are focusing on big companies, interesting startups, and sponsors.
• Branding & Marketing department 

• The Branding & Marketing department is responsible for planning campaigns on social media, as well as developing communications and promotional material to promote the Business Game. In addition to this, we are always searching for new and helpful marketing tools in order to find better, more effective ways to interact with and reach our participants and partners.

• This year we plan on reaching a higher amount of applications and engage more with the students on our social media platforms.
• Operations & Logistics team
• The Operations & Logistics team is responsible for the organisational part of the event. All the operational activities to ensure smooth conduct of the event and proper communication among the participants, jury, and the organising team are the tasks of this team. 
• Our vision is to deliver the best possible event experience to our partners and our participants.
• Talent Development
• The Talent Development designs and executes the TUM Business Game participant recruitment and contributes to the learning process through cooperation with partners and jury members, as well as assists the TUM BG Team in progressing with their tasks to launch the best TUM Business Game.
• This year, we would like to hold more inspiring team events and further improve the recruitment process of participants to be more diverse and inclusive!
• Finance Department
• The Finance department is responsible for managing the event budget, as well as developing a financial plan to ensure a successful event. In addition to this, we are always searching for new and efficient financial tools in order to find better, more effective ways to maintain and track our expenditures.
• Our vision is to deliver the best possible event experience to our partners and our participants while mitigating the risk of a budget deficiency.
