Overview
Khazar University is the first private University in the South Caucasus that started implementing international education programs with English language as a medium of instruction. Pursuant to its policy and service commitments, the University is proud to announce the Khazar University International Scholarship Program for 2023-2024 (further referred to as KUISP) extended to nationals of all countries without any limitation.
Details
Khazar University provides a limited number of merit-based scholarships. The applicant does not need to apply for a scholarship – if eligible, Khazar University will notify the applicant in the Offer of Admission. If offered, the scholarship will be reviewed on the annual basis by an appointed academic panel at Khazar University and may be extended for the next year of study, provided that the student’s academic performance is considered up to its level.

Khazar University offers study programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels for international students.
Fill Out Your Application Form
Once you have identified your program, download the application form for the selected level of study, and fill it out according to the application guidelines.
Submit Your Application
Applications are submitted directly to the International Affairs Office and should be sent either to admissions@khazar.org or by post along with all required documents. When you submit the full application package via email, make sure to indicate a clear subject line – ‘Your name_Khazar International Admission 2023-2024’ Please consult the list of requirements for the selected level of study before submitting your application. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered.

- Be a citizen of a country other than Azerbaijan
- Apply to one of the master’s or Ph.D. programs at Khazar University
- Demonstrate an excellent academic performance and high achievements at previous study level(s)
- Demonstrate academic talent and strong motivation in the chosen field of study
