Details
CDSClear Operations Services
- Assist the CDSClear operations team in the management and daily monitoring of all trade lifecycle events, including back loading, novation, credit events, succession events, compression transfers, and default management.
- Help build strong relationships with business partners (DTCC, Markit & Unavista).
- Participate in the development of client clearing activities and flows: ensure members and clients have an outstanding experience interacting with LCH and receive high-standard service levels.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a strong operational control environment by performing daily/weekly/ad hoc controls and ensuring timely resolution, remediation, or escalation of exceptions and issues.
- Ensure that documentation (procedures and user guides) and audit trails are produced and kept up to date. Follow up and implement audit recommendations (operational risk control & compliance).

Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university, specializing in finance, economics, management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets and derivatives is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
