Learn and grow as you explore the art of leadership at the Apple Store. You’ll master our retail business inside and out through training, hands-on experience, and mentorship. In the first year of this unique 24-month program, you rotate through various functions at our retail stores. During year two, you focus on leadership roles with top-level managers as your mentors and coaches. You learn as you work in each role, reflect on your experience, apply your insight, and share with your team. By offering your observations, you foster positive change in your store and at stores worldwide. When you’ve successfully completed the program with demonstrated leadership potential, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for a leadership position at a store in one of our key markets.
As more and more people discover Apple, they visit our stores seeking ways to incorporate our products into their lives. It’s your job, as a Store Leader, to build and manage the various teams that engage customers in this dynamic environment. In this role, you lead the people that help customers achieve ownership, learn new skills, get technical support and find business solutions. Adaptable and flexible by nature, you’re composed and collected as you balance the diverse needs of your teams in the midst of constant change.
As a Store Leader, you inspire teams to deliver measurable results for the store’s various business sectors. You lead a sales force that discovers customers’ needs and delivers solutions to build Apple loyalty. Your technical support team help maintain customers’ trust in Apple and its products. Your business team bring the Apple experience to business customers and the team you coach teach customers how to get the most out of their Apple products. You build these lines of business by selecting and developing a knowledgeable talent pool. In addition to team building, you create excitement around products, launches, programmes and initiatives. You’re responsible for upholding our high standards regarding communication and confidentiality. And by driving your staff to create customer experiences that enhance Apple loyalty, you deliver measurable results and help enrich customers’ lives.

Description of Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in leadership, whether at work, on a team, or in your community
- Strong desire to lead a team that runs a multimillion-dollar, industry-leading retail operation
- To qualify, you must have a degree from a university or college with one of the following: a record of success in your studies or equivalent professional experience.
- You have a passion for technology and Apple.
- You’re fluent in English. Experience interacting with different cultures, time spent traveling abroad, or familiarity with other languages is a plus.
- You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
