Job Description
We are a team of 4 (plus you) with the mission to sustain the growth of our Food Service Distribution Portfolio, which includes 6 different companies with presence in 18 countries.
- Assisting in Project Management: "Offer assistance to the team on strategic projects across our diverse portfolio of companies, spanning various facets of the business
- Business Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Help monitor the general business performance of selected FSD portfolio companies, track strategy plans, and analyze KPIs
- M&A Project Support: Assist in FSD-related M&A projects by supporting during commercial assessments of target companies and contributing to identify potential synergies
- in areas such as purchasing, assortment, logistics, and customer base.
- KPI Benchmarking: Assist in designing comprehensive operational KPI benchmarking across all FSD portfolio companies to facilitate effective business steering.
- Knowledge Sharing: Support knowledge and best practice sharing within the FSD portfolio and with METRO’s businesses, collaborating closely with the Global FSD team.

- You are an enrolled student in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program in business administration or a similar field
- You like to support our team with analysis, reports, presentations etc. and enjoy working with excel and power-point.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills, which make you feel comfortable to work in different types of enviroment
- You are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, a critical thinker, persistent, flexible, open-minded and not afraid to engage with people on all levels.
