We are currently looking for our next Talent Management Intern to join the team in Brussels, starting from May/June. You will help the Talent Management team create a working environment in which our employees can develop themselves and thrive professionally. More specifically, the intern will support in the following activities:
YOUR ROLE:
- Support our Talent Management Officers along our Employee Journey (onboarding of new colleagues, development, engagement initiatives, etc.).
- Support implementation and development of trainings for our employees in Benelux & France (contact external providers, design communications, identify training needs).
- Be responsible of the organization of training sessions and other workshops (communications, keeping a track of participants, logistics management).
Overall, participate proactively in all People initiatives and provide new ideas and improvements for ongoing projects.

YOUR PROFILE:
- You are proficient in English, both written & verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
- You are available as soon as possible.
- Enthusiastic, proactive and able to take initiative.
- Hands-on, operational, able to think outside of the box and be creative.
- Technology savvy.
- You are able to provide us with a 6 month university agreement.
